Plain English summary: We collect your email to send you launch updates. We collect your prop firm preference to personalize your onboarding. We don't sell your data. We never will.
1. Who we are
Bridgr ("Bridgr", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website bridgr.trade. We're building an automated trading platform that connects TradingView alerts to prop firm broker accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
If you have any questions, contact us at hello@bridgr.trade.
2. What we collect
During our pre-launch waitlist phase, we collect only the following:
- Email address — to notify you when Bridgr launches and send you founding member onboarding information.
- Prop firm name — optional, collected so we can personalize your onboarding experience and prioritize support for the firms our early users trade with.
- Basic usage data — anonymous page visit data (no personal identifiers) to understand how people discover Bridgr. This includes general location (country level), browser type, and referring page.
When Bridgr launches and you create an account, we will also collect:
- Account credentials (email and password — passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)
- Broker connection credentials (encrypted, never readable by Bridgr staff)
- Trade execution logs (associated with your account, used to power your dashboard and trade history)
- Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store your card details)
3. How we use your information
- To send you a single launch notification email when Bridgr goes live
- To contact you personally as a founding member to arrange your onboarding
- To improve the product based on which prop firms and features early users care about
- To provide and operate the Bridgr platform once launched
- To process payments via our payment provider
- To send product updates, feature announcements, and support communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone except where required by law or to operate our core services (e.g. payment processing, email delivery).
4. How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Broker credentials are encrypted using strong encryption standards and are never accessible in plain text by Bridgr staff.
We retain waitlist data until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational reasons.
5. Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Bridgr:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Email delivery provider — to send transactional and product emails.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the product is used. No personally identifiable information is shared.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or any advertising-related tracking tools.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Unsubscribe from any email communications
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@bridgr.trade and we'll respond within 48 hours.
7. Cookies
Our waitlist page uses no tracking cookies. Once the full platform launches, we will use essential cookies only — to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We will update this policy accordingly and notify users before making any changes.
8. Children's privacy
Bridgr is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at hello@bridgr.trade.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If any changes are material, we'll notify founding members by email before they take effect.
